Welcome to my site. This site will go into detail on What If I Had a 4 Story Building. This is a thought exercise surrounding a building that is on East Carson St. in the city of Pittsburgh. This address is located close to my PMB (Private MailBox), and close to 3 different bus routes which will make it easier to get to where I need to go. While I won’t have the exhaustive list of buses I have access to now, it is still a good bit considering the bus system I have to rely on.

This site will go into the features, utilities, floors with the rooms, and even will have a FAQ that I will try to answer the common questions one might have. As with all of my sites, I want this site to be relatively detailed, and an enjoyment to read. I would definitely get this building if I had $10,000,000 (net). As a small bonus, I will have a rental on the second floor which I will rent out for $2,250 including all of the utilities. The only thing the tenant would pay is telephone, and premium cable.
