Water as with all utilities will have 2 meters. One is for the business store front on floor 1, and the other for the rest of the building. There is only one water provider, and that would be Pittsburgh Water and Sewage Authority which is expensive, but the only option if you have a building in the city of Pittsburgh. This is partially the reason of why there will be 2 meters with one of them for the business, and another partial reason of why the laundry machines are pay units.
