Floor 2 will be a 2B/1b/1l apartment. Both of the bedrooms will be in the rear of the apartment which is ideal for quiet on the busy front street. When you walk into the apartment, you will find a thermostat which will display the temperature in Fahrenheit. There will also be a PIN pad for the security system. There will also be a slider light switch for the great room’s lights. The open floor plan will open into a kitchen area. The kitchen will be small but functional, and will meet the needs of the guest’s family. Across from the kitchen will be the lavatory which will allow family and guests to use the bathroom without having to go to the rear of the apartment to go to the bathroom.
As you go down the hall, you would find the office. In the office, there will be an L shaped desk which will have a thunderbolt dock for anyone wishing to use their computer. The dock will be connected to the network via ethernet. There will also be a color laser printer with fax capability. The fax line will plug into the ATA? which will then provide a connection to the WAN?. There will be a phone that would connect with the VOIP? provider. You will be able to send and receive faxes, and make phone calls. There will be a phone book feature in the phone which will provide telephone numbers to places I will expect that you might wish to call. You are still welcomed to use your own cellular phone if that is a choice.
As you go down further, you would. find a double load washer, and double load dryer combination. You can insert two loads of clothes, and the machine will take about 2 hours for washing and drying. Since you are visiting, and not likely to be living here, you won’t have to worry about the bedding. I will tend to that when you leave. This will give all of the comforts of home without any of the sacrifices. And since hotel rooms are expensive, this will save you money as well.
Both bedrooms will be cozy, and functional. The bedroom will support a full size bed, and will have a TV wall. In addition, one could have a small corner desk where the desk can function as a home base for your notebook PC. The bedroom will also have windows, and the windows will use 1 way glass so the person on the inside can see outside, but someone on the outside will just see their reflection in a mirror. This is an absolute privacy tool allowing you to get dressed or undressed without any voyeurs.
I want total privacy with this building. The second floor is an apartment for overnight or long term guests. This will eliminate the need to have to go to a hotel for staying the nights. The garage will also support an automobile, so there will be a space for your vehicle.
