Floor 2 will be a 2B/1b/1l apartment. Both of the bedrooms will be in the rear of the apartment which is ideal for quiet on the busy front street. When you walk into the apartment, you would find a control panel that would control how surveillance, and temperature is handled. The great room will be an open floor plan to offer a kitchen area. The kitchen will be small but functional. Across from the kitchen will be the lavatory which will allow family and guests to use the bathroom without having to go to the rear of the apartment to go to the bathroom.
The office will be accessible in the hallway, and intended as an office. Where most walls will have 3 ethernet jacks, the office willl have 4 ethernet jacks on each wall. This will make it easy for installing a computer (or 2), a printer, and if you work from home, a home VOIP line. There will be no telephone jacks since Verizon no longer supports POTS (Plain Ordinary Telephone Service) lines any more. There will be a closet where you can choose your television provider. Since your internet is included with your rent, and the internet is better than what you would have on your own, it would make more sense to keep this service. Going further down the hall, you will find the laundry closet which will have a washer/dryer combination. Since this machine washes and dries in one cycle, the charge is $3.50. Further down, you will find a ¾ bathroom which will have a sink, shower, and toilet. There will be no bathtub as to reduce the space required for hosting the bathroom.
Both bedrooms will be cozy, and functional. The bedroom will support a full size bed, and will have a TV wall. In addition, one could have a small corner desk where the desk can function as a home base for your notebook PC. The bedroom will also have windows, and the windows will use 1 way glass so the person on the inside can see outside, but someone on the outside will just see their reflection in a mirror. This is an absolute privacy tool allowing you to get dressed or undressed without any voyeurs.
Rent for this unit will be $2,250 including all utilities except for telephone, and premium television. If you choose cable TV, you would want to direct the technician to the communications closet so they can make the necessary adjustments to the TV system. Since Internet is included, you can likely not have to pay for cable television, and choose IPTV. Most people, and probably you included will have a cellular phone, and that would work just as well for telephony communications. You are not required to have a home telephone line. For internet, the connection will be a 2GBPS with a 500MBPS backup. This will provide you with the connection to the internet you need, and give you a nearly maximum connection to download what files you would need. The LAN is 10GBPS which will likely exceed your computer’s ethernet port.
