There will be 1 floor below ground, and 4 floors above ground. Each floor will serve a role and purpose. If you want something simple to know without going to the individual pages, then the basement is laundry, utilities in, storage, and an elevator room. The first floor will be a store front, and a garage in the rear. Floor 2 will be an apartment. Floors 3-4 will be my private residence which will include outdoor space on the 4th floor. The roof will be an elevator room, OTA (Over The Air) antenna, and solar panels.
Since the entire building is under my purview – I will be responsible for all of the utilities (except the commercial space). The electricity will generate some from the solar panels. Water and Sewage is as expected. As mentioned, there is no natural gas service. Almost all people use cellular phones these days, and an apartment rental will be no different. All of this will depend on the number needed based on the role of that floor. I am not much for cable TV, and if I felt a need for viewing cable TV, I will likely choose Sling for IPTV services. For internet, each floor will have a service to meet their needs.
